NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of New Haven will be accepting sealed requests for proposals for an EXTERNAL AUDITOR to perform annual Town Audit, Justice Court Audit and Town Clerk audit within said municipality for a three (3) year period commencing with close of fiscal year 2020.
All completed proposals must be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of New Haven, PO Box 141, 4279 State Route 104, New Haven, NY 13121 no later than NOON, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH, 2020.
All completed proposals must be labeled “RFP2021-AUD.”
Specifications and standard proposals may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk at said Town Hall or on the Town’s website, www.New Havenny.com. The proposer assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of mail by the employees of the Town of New Haven. Whether sent by mail or means of personal delivery, the proposer assumes the responsibility for having proposal in on the day, time, and place specified above.
The Town of New Haven reserves the right to waive any informalities in the proposals, to reject any or all proposals and reserves the right to accept that proposal which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of New Haven. If mailed, sealed proposals must be addressed in care of the Town Clerk at the above address.
